Return & Refund Policy

HOULIXIE supports customer-friendly return and refund services to fully protect your shopping rights. All return and refund applications shall comply with the following rules:

1. Return Eligibility

Customers can apply for return or refund within 30 days after receiving the goods. The returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with complete original tags and packaging, and keep resalable condition.

2. Applicable Scenarios

We support free return and refund for product quality problems, wrong shipment, missing accessories and serious description inconsistency. For personal reasons such as inappropriate size and style dislike, we also accept returns, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Process

Please contact our customer service to submit a return application and provide relevant product pictures and order information. After we approve the application and receive the returned goods and complete quality inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment account within 3–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Products with artificial damage, worn, washed, altered, missing original tags or packaging; products damaged by improper personal storage and use are not supported for return or refund.

5. Exchange Service

We support size and style exchange services. The exchange rules and time limit are consistent with the return policy. Customers need to bear the round-trip shipping fees for personal exchange demands.
